Error Code 5 When Installing Medisoft

Are you getting error code 5 when you install Medisoft?
We got this error when installing Medisoft v28. It turned out McAfee Antivirus was interfering. We added an exception to the anti-virus and we were then able to install Medisoft without any further errors.
