Remainder Statements

When I generate remainder statements only a hand full of statements are actually generated. When I look in the AR Tracker there are a lot more statements that need to be generated based on patients remaining balances. How do I "fix" this?

Run the Billing/Payment Status report for one of the patients and see that that report shows. Make sure payments are applied and marked complete for all charges on the claim from the primary and secondary payers - even if the payment is $0.00.
