Payer Claim Control Number in Loop 2300 REF F8

I am using Medisoft v24 and InterfaceEDI v5. I am receiving the below error. I have tried putting the Payer Control Number in Case > Medicaid and Tricare tab, Original Reference field, as suggested in two other posts; however, it is not populated on the 837 data file. I have tried adding a 1 to the Resubmission Number field. Any help with what I'm missing would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have to check with the maker of InterfaceEDI since their software may not be programmed the same way as Revenue Management that is built into Medisoft.
