Lost tool bar and menu bar in Medisoft office hours

My menu bar and tool bar have both disappeared in my office hours. I have tried to right click at the top to bring it back but all it says is our office name and there are no bars to click on. When I right click it just says move-minimize-size-and close. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll probably need to work with your Medisoft reseller on this one to clear out the Office Hours registry settings. If you do not have support with a reseller, then you can click here to purchase Medisoft support.

Which option would I choose? Registration recovery or just medisoft support?

Also, if we didn’t purchase this medisoft from you would we still be able to get this problem fixed if we bought your support?
