NPI for Billing and Rendering Loops

I have a provider who has an individual NPI only but an EIN # for her practice. One payer is requiring the NPI to appear in both the Billing Loop and the Rendering Provider Loop...but it is appearing only in the Billing Provider Loop (I tried configuring the provider as Individual and also as Group but same thing both times).

Steven, I believe you need to bill as an individual, but there is the option to pull the tax id from the practice. Medisoft won't send the billing loop if it is the same as the rendering loop so if this is truly a requirement, then we have customized the Implementation Guide for some of our customers.
