I am currently running Medisoft 19 SP 1 (including hot fix). When I set a default printer for statements and claims, the reports print correctly, but claim/statement management do not update the status, billing date, etc. When I do not designate default printers and manually choose the printer, everything works fine. I didn't have this problem until I migrated to V19?? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
