Office hours no longer will load (Medisoft V19)

Hi everyone, I need some help. I have Medisoft v19 and I am running Windows 10. I had an intermittent problem with office hours loading. You would get the flash screen then that would disappear. It shows the program is on the task bar but when you click on it, it will not open. I can right click on it and it will exit.

What we did in the past was do a computer restart and then open office hours and it would work. The problem recently came back and now restarting the computer is of no help. Any thoughts? I have installed all the updates to this version of Medisoft including the hot fix.

Probably a Windows update is causing this. Medisoft 19 is not supported on Windows 10, so your best bet is to upgrade your Medisoft to prevent this issue from happening.
