Access Violation Error

Medisoft/Office Hours v23 (23.0.2.70)
Microsoft Windows 10 Professional v21H1 Build 19043.1706

Error Access Violation 00C12F4D 'Ohp.exe' 00000000

This error appears only in Office Hours on one (1) of two (2) workstations generally, when doing a search for appointments or generating reports. Although, the error has persisted for two (2) weeks it does not prevent from performing other functions. File Maintenance processes ran successfully without incident.

You can try \Medisoft\Bin\MediUtils.exe -> PowerTools. There is a checkbox to show only bad values and fix them. Repeat for every tab in PowerTools.

MediUtils did not locate any errors in any of the files.

I reinstalled Medisoft Professional v23 and so far, so good.
