ICD-10 Codes Do Not Appear in Transaction Entry

The search list does not populate with ICD-10 codes when attempting to enter diagnosis codes in the transaction entry window.
> I can enter the codes manually and use the tab key to navigate to the next ICD-10 field without issue.
> The default diagnosis version is set to ICD-10 in program options.
> I can see all of the ICD-10 codes in the diagnosis list window.
> All codes have been mapped properly either by 1:1, other mappings or entered manually.
Am I missing something?
