REVENUE MANAGEMENT ERROR, STOMPED!!

Hi Gavin, let me first start by saying THANK YOU! for this resource you provide to all medisoft users.

I went to start revenue management to submit claims as usual and I started to get this error, I have tried to look for solutions with no results, I have reinstalled medisoft V19 and revenue management twice with no luck. Revenue management shows its up to date and medisoft has the V19 hotfix installed. If you can provide some insight I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello, make sure your anti-virus is set to exclude c:\medisoft and then uninstall Revenue Management and then reinstall Revenue Management from here: http://www.medisoft.com/RMPatches/RM1914/RMSetup.msi

Note, these instructions only apply if you are Medisoft v19 through v21. This install should not be used if you are on Medisoft v22 or higher.
