Problem Setting Up New Practice

In V26 I'm having a problem setting up a new practice. After I enter the practice name and the Medidata path, I used to come to the screen to enter the practice info...AND then afterwards I could set up logins.

Now, though, I get immediately to a Medisoft login screen...even though I have not yet set up the logins....and since I cannot log in I can't set up the practice.

HELP!

Hi Steve, the user is SYSTEM and then check the user manual for what the password is.

Hi - I am having the same problem. I did not receive a user manual with my order. Where do I get this?
