Billflash ePay tab not downloading

Post by rj2asf » Mon Jul 26, 2021 9:28 am

I am unable to download creditcard payment from BillFlash with the BF ePay button at the Deposit list. Used to be not a problem. eMD Connectivity Services are Running. I know it has to be something simple. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Try setting your Default Browser to Chrome in your Windows settings and see if that helps.

Hi. It is the medisoft interface issue. When I click on OfficePay button for bill flash on transaction entry window, it gives me the following error message

Class: EAccessViolation
Message: Access violation at address E8300030. Read of address E8300030

What version of Medisoft do you have? There may have been a hot fix for that issue.

Ok you need Medisoft v24 service pack 1, hot fix 1.

This link on our downloads page has it:
https://walkerteksolutions.com/service-packs/#m24sp

You should see the link there "Medisoft Comprehensive Convert and BillFlash Fix."

That should take care of it.
