Getting 6420 running reports after installing Medisoft v16

After installing Medisoft v16, we now get error 6420 when we try to run any report off the menu or on Medisoft reports.

Medisoft issued a hotfix for this:LINK REMOVED


It only fixes the running of reports from the Medisoft Reports menu item. Other reports run directly off the menu (such as patient day sheet) and report permissions still do not work. These are all scheduled to be fixed in v16 sp1.

The old Medisoft knowledgebase is completely gone now, so I removed the link.
