MCD error

I Have message MCD error when try Revenue management when I click on Claims... Medical policy edits will not run, use preferences editor to set these options
What does it mean

Hello, you can turn on the edits under Configure > Insurance > Insurance Edits. Rachel made this video where she demonstrates how to use this screen.
