In the report designer for claim form, I would like to change the diagnosis pointers from numeric values to letter values. Is this possible? And if so how would I go about doing this?

Yes, on Medisoft v19 or higher these will be alphabetic values. Start with one of the claim forms with 2/12 in its name. The old claim forms from prior to version 19 are still there, but should not be used anymore.
