Unable to open/edit/create cases

Hello!

We are running into an issue where when we try to open a case, we receive this error message:

"tblCase: Type mismatch for field 'Demonstration_Code', expecting: Integer actual: String"

Closing it or hitting OK simply pushes the Case window to the back. In order to close it, we have to close out of Medisoft completely. We are unable to edit existing cases, or create new ones.

My guess is you installed Medisoft v24 sp1 but something happened in the data conversion. Your Medisoft reseller should be able to go through your conversion log an manually run any missed conversion steps. If you need us to do this for you, THen we can do it for the cost of a Medisoft data repair.
