Access violation at address

Hello,

I've searched your forums and haven't found a topic that specifically relates to the issue we're encountering. When attempting to run reports in MediSoft Reports Pro, either through our MediSoft Network Pro suite (v23) or through Reports directly, we're getting this error: Access violation at address 778F8FCC in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read of address 7263694D" as shown in the attached image.

A previous instance of this error appeared to be resolved by rebooting the system on which MediSoft is running. This time it did not resolve it.

Could you offer a suggestion? Thank you.

We appear to have resolved this by running File Maintenance from MediUtilities (following a backup).

However, if there is still relevant info about this error of which you feel we should be aware, please do share. Otherwise I think this is solved.

That's great. File Maintenance fixes many errors.
