Recently when I go to submit claims via RM, I click Print/Send, I see the Revenue Management splash screen, but then it can take awhile (some times 5 minutes, some times 20 minutes) before RM actually opens. RM is being allowed to pass through my Norton firewall...so I'm not sure what else the issue could be.

Hi Steve, it could be because there are lots of files that need to be archived. They tend to build up over time if they aren't cleaned out.
