Kick off medisoft

We sometimes get personnel that stay logged into medisoft once they have left for the day and when I try to do a daily back up it will not allow this because some still logged in. How do we kick them off medisoft so a backup can be done.

One way to do this would be to stop Advantage Database Server and restart it.

but I cannot do this in the middle of the day in the case of someone that went tot lunch and has a patient open and some one needs to get into it.
this works fine when no one else is logged into medisoft, is there another way to just remove one person?

You cannot backup at all unless everyone is out of Medisoft. So if you want to do a backup one way to get them out would be to stop the Advantage Database Server.
