Office Hours - printing appointment list

Good morning:

I hope everyone had a great Christmas.

Got to work and everything was fine. The unusual glitch (have rebooted all computers -- twice ) is that Office hours professional (multiple users) will not print just one doctors schedule. We can print all other providers and print a schedule of any day. This is just one doctor and the screen hangs no matter which day. Can cancel the process but looks like it will process, but does not.

Any ideas / thoughts or comments ? We appreciate your service and time.

How we ran the report: Reports - appointment list - preview on screen, picked todays date (tried several others) and picked a specific doctor.

Hi Allen, in Office Hours Program Options try setting your appointment window to start at 12am and end at 11:59pm and set the interval to 1 minutes and then see if it prints.

Anything that prints outside of your desired appointment window or interval needs to be fixed so that it starts and ends inside the appointment window and the interval falls evenly on your desired appointment interval.
