pts with 2+ last names

pts with 2+ last names

We are having an issue finding pts that have 2-part or 3-part last names like de Santos or de los santos for example. When we type in the last name with spaces between the last names in the search field to find the patient, it cannot find the patient. Is there a remedy for this?

Yes, that is a bug in Medisoft. If you click the Find Patient button, then you can search for De Los that way.
