Free Medisoft Tech Help- Medisoft V26, Medisoft Clinical EHR & More- Courtesy Support Resource

So I installed the newest update from windows and now medisoft mapa.exe file is not responding, i have tried everything short of reinstalling medisoft on my computer however in the past I have not found this works. Is there something you know of that this newest update has done or that I can do. I am going to untill the update and hopefully medisoft will start working today but I would like to update my windows to keep current.

You might wait a few hours and try again. That Windows update is a major upgrade and Windows can still be installing for hours under the covers even after you have rebooted and signed back into Windows. While the Windows updates are running, it can prevent Medisoft from launching. Also, don't try to run Medisoft v19 or older on Windows 10.
