Under Permissions the Permissions for AR Status List, AR Task List and AR Tracker keep resetting. I will place the check marks so Level 2 has access to these tasks...and the user will log in and have no problem using the AR Tracker....but then the user logs out and the next day the permissions have reset to the default so Level 2 does not have access.

So I have to keep giving Level 2 access to these 3 tasks.

Anything that can be done about this?

The first thing I would do is limit those who have level 1 access and then have everyone with level 1 access change their password.
