Hi - I had to reinstall my V19 because I couldn't run revenue management because my Avast thought it was a virus as it was updating. Now, I can't run revenue management because it says I need to update it. How do I do that?
Thanks!

I think I found out how to update it, but after it went thru the process it now says, software not found. revenue management could not be located on your system. re-install revenue management and then run this patch again.
I tried that, and it didn't work.

First, make sure your anti-virus has an exception set on c:\Medisoft to avoid any further issues. Then uninstall Revenue Management from your computer. Then, re-install it from here:
http://www.medisoft.com/RMPatches/RM1914/RMSetup.msi.
Note, these instructions only apply if you are on Medisoft v19 to v21. The installer above does not work with Medisoft v22 or higher.

I can't seem to past a screen shot. This is part of what it says
Advantage.data.provider.adsexception: error 7077: the advantage data dictionar cannot be opened. axserverconnect...
there is more. hopefully this is enough to let you know what the problem is.
Thank you so much for your help
