For BC BS of Alabama to send direct I have to name the file in a certain format. It has to be in the format pbcpnnnn.8375010.clm where the nnnn is the transmission number.

In Revenue Management for file name what should I enter? I understand to do the pbc and the 8375010.clm but for the nnnn should I do something like %SSSS%. So the file name in RM would be pbc%SSSS%.8375010.clm?

You could do something like %yy%%mm%%dd%%hh%%nn%%ss%
