REVENUE MANAGMENT

I HAVE ALWAYS USED REVENUE MANAGEMENT ON THIS COMPUTER AND NOW IT'S STATING REVENUE MANAGEMENT.EXE NOT FOUND. HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE LOTS OF CLAIMS I NEED TO SUBMIT TO MY CLEARINGHOUSE.

Your anti-virus likely turned against Revenue Management. Configure it to exclude C:\Medisoft and C:\Medidata and reinstall the latest for your version of Medisoft.

We removed the anti virus software and we are still getting the same problem. If I reinstall the Medisoft version will I have to reconfigure Revenue Management to work? Can you help with this?

Reinstalling the latest service pack for your version of Medisoft and then running a Revenue Management Check for Updates should fix you up again. Since you are under us for Trizetto support, we will make sure that clearinghouse is up and going again. Call in a ticket if you need help.
