What would cause the charge information to not appear in Transaction Entry, but still show the last payment date? I've attached a picture of what the issue is. Was the charge information archived? Obviously it's getting the last payment date and amount from somewhere? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

One reason would be because all the cases for this patient are closed and you have the option selected to hide closed cases. Or, a case wasn't selected. The calendar and briefcase button there next to Case can be used to search your old cases.
