Exporting Patient Demographics

Hi I have Medisoft V19, am trying to export data to another ehr. I have the basic package, so no advanced reports, and the crv file is nowhere to be found. I have no idea how to continue

There is the ODBC driver on the Medisoft disk that can be used with a third-party tool like Microsoft Access to export the data.
