Practice takes almost 5 min to open up in Office Hrs after upgrade

I just installed Office Hrs V22 and noticed it takes about 2min for the login screen to come up and another 2min after you login for the practice to come up. Any help would be great.

How much RAM on the computer? What O/S? Is this a client/server install of Office Hours?
