I have Medisoft Version 22 & am trying to print a report of all our Medicare patients for 2017. I only want to count the patient once & not multiple times for the same patient if they have multiple charges or cases.

I've got a custom Patient Census by Carrier that also lets you filter by Transaction Date From. That is pretty close to what you want I think. The report is yours "as-is" for $45 and it requires Medisoft Advanced or Network Pro. Private message me your email if you want it.
