Access is denied when trying to back up

I'm on Medisoft Advanced version 19 sp. 1. I just installed it on a new desktop (Windows 7 Professional) and when I try to back up, I'm getting the following error:

System Error. Code:5.
Access is denied

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I reinstalled sp1 and it solved the problem.

That only worked once. The problem reoccurred when moving into and trying to back up other practices.

That has been a bug in Medisoft for years. The work around is to exit Medisoft and restart it in order to back up the next practice database.
