Medisoft V22 - Revenue Management - Building claims process stuck in last patient

Hello,
I am running into an issue lately when trying to create the claim file in Revenue Management. It have identified it is happening with one particular carrier and the building claims process gets stuck in the last patient on the batch I am trying to create.
RM gets stuck in the gathering claim data screen. It won't let me close it unless I end the task from task manager.
I also get a Revenue Management is not responding window with a problem event called AppHangB1 (see pics below).
Any clue why this is happening? I have tried it from different servers and same issue.
