Country field

My new clearinghouse does not want anything in the Country field. When entering a new patient it automatically fills in USA. I erase it & Set Default & Confirm, but when I try to enter a new patient it keeps adding it.

Medisoft is only supported in the USA too. I believe if you leave the field blank, Medisoft will plug in USA again. Are you saying your clearinghouse is rejecting your claims because you have USA entered in the country field?

Yes, I'm switching clearinghouses (Navicure) & all the test claims with something in the Country field were denied. I was told that the Country field should be blank.

We can setup a custom iGuide and force that field to be blank. We are currently charging $250 to setup 1 practice at Navicure. Private message me if you need our help doing this.
