WHEN I SEND THE CLAIMS THROUGH REVENUE MANAGEMENT A BOX POPS UP SAYING:

An error occurred while sending the files
Secure file transfer client
IO exception
client exited with (74)

help please

That can mean there is an issue at the clearinghouse end. We have had some issues with Capario aka Emdeon aka Change Healthcare lately. I would wait 24 hours and see if the issue resolves itself, otherwise contact your clearinghouse to see if they are having problems.
