Error When Attempting to Print Individual Receipts

Hello,

I received the attached errors when attempting to print individual receipts from a specific company in Medisoft. The errors appear consecutively and while I'm able to click through them, the receipts don't print afterwards.

The OS is Windows 10 Pro.

What are some other steps I could take to troubleshoot these errors?

You need to setup your Provider IDS grids. Setup at least one under the practice, the provider, 1 referring provider, and on 1 facility.

Thanks for your quick response!

I'm 3rd-party IT vendor. I'm not very familiar with Medisoft or how it's supposed to work. After reading your reply, I reached out to the user who also informed me that she was not familiar with setting up the Provider IDS grids.

Could you share more information on how to configure that in Medisoft? Is there a how-to guide you can provide?

Setting your provider ids is an important part of getting your claims ready to bill. I recommend she get with her Medisoft re-seller for some training.
