Medicaid of TXrequires that secondary claims be submitted on paper, and requires that the claim show the date that the primary carrier paid. I cannot seem to figure out how to get the date that the primary carrier paid to print on the claim form. What is the name of that field wthin then 1500 claim form? I am on Medisoft Advance version 19 sp 1.

Patient -> Date of Last Payment would probably be your best bet.

I need the date that each claim was paid, so the date of last payment will not work.

Do you have regs from this insurance carrier that you can pass along? We'll have to put in an enhancement request. Usually they just want you to attach the EOB from the primary insurance carrier which has all of this information.

I don't have an EOB. It's in their provider manual.
