Constant access violation at address errors with office hour

v.14 office hours on 2 computers(have total of over 30) have been giving constant errors lately(access violation at address 004575925, then the next errors, which are also access violations are 0046362F and 000001E0. The only thing that differs on these two computers is a network printer specifically for the receptionists. Thanks ahead of time for any possible help. Tried to update to SP2, however the data conversion always hangs.

The most common cause of this error that I know of is scheduling appointments or breaks outside of the beginning of your schedule or after the end of your schedule. Also, if the length of your appointment is not an even multiple of your schedule interval.

I would also want to find out why your data conversion hangs. The two issues may be related. Make sure you wait long enough for the conversion to finish. The conversion can say \"Not Responding\" for a very long time. I just converted a v12 to v15 that took 18 hours to finish.

18 hours? Well, since we don't use the office hours module we would seem to have little reason to upgrade to v 15. :wink:
