Revenue Management Login/Password Incorrect

Hello there,

My practice has Medisoft Network Professional Version 19 SP1 (19.1.3.38). Whenever we try to access Revenue Management with our login credentials, the program rejects our logins and tells us they're incorrect.

Would anyone here know a fix, workaround, or anything to help us?

Yeah, this is a bug in Medisoft v19 and it was fixed on v20. The password management feature on Medisoft v19 does not work with Revenue Management. To fix this, go into Password Management and click the button to Reset to Defaults. Then go to Security Management and change your password back to what you used previously.
