access violation entering deposit

We're getting Access Violation at address 00D835B2 in module MAPA.EXE. Read of Address 00000000 every time we enter SAVE after entering a deposit in the Deposit List. This is followed by Error OK, then MAPA.exe has stopped working. This started happening yesterday. It happens every time we enter a deposit.
