Medisoft network pro, v21.

For patients, when we do a patient Quick Balance with F11, we are getting the error:

"Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window"

We cannot seem to click this away either, as it keeps popping up.

How can I get around this and print the remainder statement for the patient?

When I try to Print the statement from the Statement Manager (by right clicking on the statement), I get the error "Invalid Class typecast". I get the "Cannot focus...." error when you click the Print/Send at the bottom of this window. Ugh.

I can't duplicate your errors. Have you rebooted your computer since you installed Medisoft v21? What Windows O/S and service pack do you have? Try right-clicking on the Medisoft icon and select Run As Administrator.

All the workstations are running Windows 10 Pro, all updates applied. And it happens on all client installations. Points to a probable issue on the server?

The Server is running Advantage 11.10.0.20.

Maybe something with your data. Did you try a different patient or the tutorial data set?
