LOCKED OUT
Last Friday I did something stupid. I was in the security and made myself a 5 and now I can not get into my Medisoft. Is there anyone out there that can help me . I am desperate. Thank you Rebecca
Playing in Medisoft in the security area I made myself a 5 instead of a 1 and now I cannot get in. The other girl cannot remember her password and I am the only one that uses the Medisoft. The medisoft we use is an old version. It is version 8

Sorry Rebecca, as a reseller, we have the ability to recover your password. I don't know of a way that an end user can change their security level without an account with level 1 access. If you contact us directly, we can set you up with a support agreement and get you back into your Medisoft.
