Continuous loading reports

Post by Rocky » Mon Feb 06, 2017 9:23 am

Office manager has downloaded a zip file which was a Word document within the report but it just keeps loading how to stop this form continuing. keep in mind everything is working perfectly it's just as Pop Pop keeps occurring when you open reports in Revenue management

It looks like a security setup issue. Try right-clicking on the Medisoft icon and select Run As Administrator to see if that helps.

I tried that same error message... Let me take you from the beginning... office manager uses Google Chrome to download the revenue report, BUT there accounting send them a zip file that required a password to open up the file... office manager downloaded into Revenue management reports.
And you can see the word document in the revenue management folder as many times as I deleted it just keeps coming back.as long as you have Revenue management reports open it just keeps propagating more and more and more none stop.

I am guessing something must be wrong with your Revenue Management preferences. In RM go to Configure -> Preferences -> Revenue Management tab and blank out the Remit Export Folder field.

You had me stumped. What did you do to fix it?

C:\MediData\RMData\name\Outbound--file was duplicated in archive-download folder.. So I instead of deleting the file I renamed the original download folder and made a new folder for the download folder.
I'm a little advance and I've been work with network and programming for a longtime even going back to Linux and Unix which I still use

Re: aging report

I'd like to run an aging report but when I do I have to many overapplied/unapplied adjustments, unapplied payments and a lot of outstanding balances that need to be adjusted from 2015 and beyond. I need to clean patient accounts and have no time. Is there a program that I could do this with?

There is a write-off utility built into Medisoft v21. Consider upgrading.

Unfortunately, there is not an option for this. You can change the font size overall in Windows, but that will affect all programs.
