Revenue Manager hangs? v21

Upgraded to Medisoft Network Pro to v21 without incident. However, RM Reports are not opening, two screenshots attached.

1. The spinner Upgrading RM DBList stayed for about 5 minutes

2. Then I got the error in Picture 2,

followed by the "Environment Error", "Error version checking..."

[attachment=0]Error-2.JPG[/attachment]

This points to a potential permissions problem, but I am able to access the CMDBList.add just fine, none of those folders were touched by me during the upgrade.[attachment=0]Error-2.

Any ideas how I move forward?

Try right-clicking on the Medisoft icon and select Run As Administrator to see if that helps.
