Utiility software to purchase to import demographics, charges, etc

I know the arc32 has an import option but wondered if a software package was available. We have a demo database of over 15,000 for one our clients and want to add another 5000+ quickly. We are in the process of interface but need this in a hurry. Suggestions are appreciated. Version 21 still does not have an import that is useful as we need an import from excel, text or other option.
