Our "signature on file" line keeps omitting from transmitted hcfa and address block ends up missing causing our bills to be rejected due to missing information evem tho it's populated iand checkednn the fields in medisoft...this is not occurring in all bills but randomly and not from data entry issue...what could it be

Are you doing print image claims? This could be a mapping issue that is common with print image claims. I suggest switching to ANSI 5010 claims using Revenue Management if you are not submitting in this format already.
