Medisoft Ver 19

I Thought I would ask this question here as I can't seem to find anyone to figure out why my medisoft hangs when I switch practices. I have it set up so I can delete myself as a user since that hangs up too. We have tried so many different things and nothing seems to work! I usually have to shut the entire computer down and shut everything off! So are there any known issues or ways for me to have this stop!! It is driving me nuts and especially today when I need to run month bills to my clients it is TAKING FOREVER!!

Is this Windows 10? Try launching Medisoft into each practice and then use Windows task switcher to go from practice to practice.

NO not yet! I am on Windows 7 professional.
