How to re-activate patient record?

I thought one could easily re-activate a patient record by simply clearing or removing the check mark in the "inactive" box under the patient's name & address tab. But I find it impossible to do so, at least under Medisoft v19 SP1 w/hotfix.

Is there another or hidden way to re-activate a patient record?

Never mind. A re-start of MAPA fixed it.
