After I run any "Report" and go back to click on any other another menu function, MAPA stops working and I have to close the program and re-start it, after waiting the required period to let MAPA know that no one else is using it (lIke me, since I use a single user MS version).

is this a new or re-appearing problem?

Using Medisoft v19 Advanced single user and Win 7 Professional

I am guessing you probably need Medisoft v19 sp1 AND the hot fix. Medisoft should say you have Build 19.1.3.38 after installing the hot fix.

Oops, sorry! Forgot to say I had those 2 in place already.

It could be a bad printer driver or one that Medisoft simply doesn't like. Try making your Default Printer a PDF printer using a program like CutePDF to eliminate the print driver as the problem.
