Hi I keep getting this error when I try to print/send claims....."The DBList zip file is missing from the Revenue Management Program folder! Please see your computer administrator to be sure you can access Revenue Management. Then start Revenue Manage again. path = c:/Medisfot/BIN/RCM" We have Medisoft V19. I have tried everything I know to do, which is not a lot, to fix this. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
