Our practice was recently sold and the new doctor has taken over the patients. I have already changed the tax i.d., the NPI and the doctor's name and license number, but when I print out claims, it still prints out the old information. How do I get Medisoft to print out the correct information on claims?

Go to File -> Practice information if I understand what you are saying. You might consider starting with a fresh new practice database. It seems that might be cleaner in case you need to resubmit claims under the old NPIs, etc.
